Established in 1940, St. Rose Parish traces its beginnings to the chapel of St. Patrick’s Home for Children, built in 1932. From these humble roots, we have grown into a faithful Catholic community centered on worship, service, and spiritual formation.
Our mission is to grow as a united community, just as Msgr. Kavanagh envisioned and nurtured a family of faith, love, and service. We are led by faith and the Word of God:
“So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually parts of one another.” —Romans 12:5
We are committed to deepening our relationship with Christ and His Church through sacred liturgy, prayer, and lifelong faith formation. Our parish offers spiritual growth through Adult Religious Education (R.C.I.A.), English and Spanish Religious Education for children, and prayer groups for men, women, married couples, seniors, and all those seeking to strengthen their faith.
At St. Rose Church, we welcome all to encounter Christ, grow in holiness, and help build a community rooted in the Gospel. It is our prayer that you find your spiritual home with us.
